Just wanted to share some updates on the ground!

From our lead in Gaza:
I have evacuated to the south.
There’s no internet or communication in Gaza City now.
My father has been on the road since yesterday afternoon, and I’ve had no word from him. Please pray he arrives safely.

Current situation:
- Bombardment continues, with mass evacuation demanded to the south.
- Gaza City is cut off — no internet, no connection to the world.
- Hospitals are overwhelmed, food and fuel are critically low.

What we’re doing now:
- 1,000 hot meals cooked & delivered every day.
- 20,000L of water distributed daily.

Our aid delivery will shift fully to the south from today onwards, as families continue to flee with the last of what they can.

The past days have been some of the most brutal yet.

Critical Developments

Gaza City is being flattened.

Israeli forces have intensified attacks on Gaza City, turning whole neighborhoods into “fields of rubble.” At least 78 people have been killed across the enclave since dawn, many while seeking food.

Famine is devouring Gaza.

Famine has been formally confirmed in Gaza Governorate, part of mounting food insecurity—even more people will cross into catastrophic hunger by month’s end as aid access dwindles.

No escape. No aid.

The Red Cross warns a mass evacuation is impossible: Gaza City’s civilians have nowhere safe to go—aid corridors closed, shelters overwhelmed.

Amid all this, your support kept feeding people:

Over 27–31 August, we delivered 2,000 hot plated meals per day— a total of 8,000 meals reaching families directly in their tents over the last four days.

75% of Gaza’s water wells and infrastructure have been destroyed since October 2023.

In Khan Younis alone, over 200 families rely on our emergency water distributions — just to have clean water to drink, cook, and survive.

But it’s not enough. Children still wait in line under the scorching sun. Families still go days rationing dirty water. The crisis is growing.
