VIVA PALESTINA MALAYSIA'S PROJECT: GAZA WINTER PROJECT 2022

The cold winter season is approaching soon. This is our annual fundraising project to assist our beloved Palestinian children and families to endure the harsh weather while living under severe economic conditions.

Last year we managed to raise about RM60,000 from our generous donors. However, in total we spent RM121,300 for our Winter Project 2021 to include winter aid to children & families in West Bank in Syria too. We provided winter jackets & blankets to 345 families.

On top of these aid, we also installed nylon roofs for 19 houses in Gaza. This is to avoid rain water and cold weather from seeping through their depleted roofs. The additional costs were taken from our reserved Emergency Appeal Fund.

This year we are not setting any target to achieve. We understand the challenging times that some of us are facing now; We accept ANY AMOUNT OF DONATIONS. Collectively we can help many children/families in need, Insya'Allah.

VIVA PALESTINA MALAYSIA'S PROJECT: MEDICAL SURGERIES FOR PALESTINIAN CHILDREN IN GAZA, PALESTIN

We received a request for sponsoring micro surgeries for children in Gaza. Viva Palestina Malaysia decided to sponsor 100 children for this project.

These are some of the children that underwent the much needed micro surgeries.

VIVA PALESTINA MALAYSIA'S QURBAN PROJECT FOR PALESTINE 2022

Bismillahirrahmanirrahim In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Viva Palestina Malaysia has now launched our annual QURBAN FOR PALESTINE 2022.

Annually, there are many families in Palestine, especially in Gaza, who are looking forward to receive Qurbani meat through us. With YOUR SUPPORT we hope to continue to fulfill their wish.

In view of the higher prices for Qurban animals, and the weakening value of Ringgit Malaysia, these are the best prices that we can offer for this year:
SHEEP (+/- 50kgs): RM1,800
COW (350~400kgs): Whole RM8,750 or 1/7th portion RM1,250
SADAQAH: Any Amount

At the end of the campaign, any access amount collected (or savings from currency exchange rates) will be used to purchase more animals as Sadaqah, Insya'Allah.

VIVA PALESTINA MALAYSIA'S PROJECT: FOOD VOUCHERS FOR PRISONERS' FAMILIES IN GAZA STRIP, PALESTINE

17th April marks Palestinian Prisoners’ Day. There are currently 4,400 Palestinians held in Israeli jails for resisting the Zionist occupation. They leave behind families who have lost their breadwinner.

We hope this food vouchers project will help support the prisoners’ families, especially with Ramadan round the corner.

Beneficiaries: 300 families
Project Budget: US$15,000

Our current project is RAMADHAN FOOD BASKETS & IFTAR @PALESTINE. All donations received from 1st March until 2 April 2022 will be utilised for this campaign, unless stated otherwise.

VIVA PALESTINA MALAYSIA'S PROJECT: SPONSORSHIP OF AN OUTREACH PROGRAMME IN GAZA, PALESTINE

Remember we used to share an information for sponsorship of an Outreach Programme in Gaza, Palestine?

They are looking for individuals/organizations to sponsor their programme for at lease one (1) year. Their programmes involve (amongst others) ferrying sick patients for dialysis/treatments, and providing free transportation services for deserving students to schools/universities.

Viva Palestina Malaysia is sponsoring one van for one year. They are currently doing the necessary changes to the van to include our logo as shown in the photo. They have eleven (11) other vans that are in need of sponsorship. Do let us know if you are interested to sponsor one or two.

Estimated Number of Beneficiaries: 10,000
Project Budget: US$16,000 (one year)
This project is funded through our Emergency Appeal Fund for Palestine.
